What Is Mercedes-Benz Service A?
Your vehicle will need Mercedes-Benz Service A* every year or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first). No matter which model you own, when you come in for Service A, your vehicle will receive the services below:
- Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement**

- All fluid level checks and corrections are dependent on factory-recommended service intervals for your vehicle’s year and model

How is Mercedes-Benz Service A Different Than Service B?
Mercedes-Benz Service B comes after Service A, and is required after 20,000 miles or two years (whichever comes first). While many of the Service A and Service B repairs are the same, Service B repairs include a cabin air filter replacement and a brake fluid replacement.
