New car shopping made easy! I am happy to share my recent visit at Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz in Freehold NJ was refreshing. If you’re like me, car buying always puts me on guard, making certain I don’t leave with a bad deal. Thankfully the dealership’s leasing consultant, Chris Russo, was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, allaying any preconceived fears of a bad deal. I am glad to return to Mercedes and fortunate I selected Ray Catena over other regional MB dealers. Looking forward to a long relationship with the dealership and my consultant.

Recently got our car from here. Great saleswomanship displayed by Cristal. She made our experience memorable by spending time with us during the test drive and finalizing on the price. She worked with our numbers and paperwork was handled very efficiently. Went back couple weeks later to get a small thing looked at. The Service department was very friendly and made sure the issue was taken care and gave my car a courtesy shower. Staff swung by to make sure I was being taken care.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new Mercedes at Ray Catena of Freehold. My salesman, Moe, was not only kind and patient with me when I test drove 4 different cars, but he had the upmost integrity when selling me the car. I was so impressed with him that my daughter went in two weeks later and also purchased a car from him! My husband and I went to Ray Catena in Freehold on 4/6/24 not really sure if we were going to purchase a Mercedes.
