I am a Mercedes Benz customer for over 20 years. I prefer the Ray Catena dealerships in NJ. Freehold, in my mind, is the flagship location. I drive 45 minutes to this location because of the highest luxury service. Leigh Farrell runs the absolute best shop around. UPDATE: Moe reached out and sorted everything out. He explained that he had been out of the country and unable to respond to my texts. Once he got back, he was responsive and worked to resolve the situation. The dealership handled everything professionally and reassured me they were not “one of those dealerships,” which I really appreciated. While the post-sale experience was frustrating at times, they ultimately made things right and stood behind their service. Based on how they handled the resolution, I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this dealership again.
